Best Western Hotel Bochum

a) Excellent location, comfortable beds, quiet room, good breakfast options

a) Kitchen closes too early, dining experience was inconsistent

Close to stadium, the prices for a 4* were good, hence we ate breakfast and dinner there all three days. The bar prices were also good.

On the Saturday night, a waitress accidently poured a lot of beer over my husband`s shirt and trousers, which he had to change immediately.The cleaning service could not be accommodated because of time, OK. On the Sunday evening I asked the reception for a bottle of water for the room, to be told that only one bottle per visit was put in the room, a bit stingy. I thought there may have been a slight discount on the bill to accommodate dry cleaning now that we are home, but we paid in full.

Got perfectly clean comfort double room with comfortable bed when arrived, really enjoyed that. Our breakfast was tasty with sweet. The staff were incredible and knew how to help😃

Inconsistent restaurant hours!!! Kitchen closes unreasonably early, limiting dinner options!!! Uncomfortable access from the entrance pathway to the street during winter months!!! Dated exterior appearance could use a fresh update for better first impressions!!!

I like that the hotel is really close to the highway.

The floor carpet in the breakfast room is the horror sooooo dirty!

Comfortable and spacious rooms made for a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning was confusing and didn't function well at night, leaving me uncomfortable. The driveway from the hotel to the street was awkward and troublesome, especially with winter conditions. Lastly, I was disappointed that the kitchen closed early at 7 pm, limiting our dining options.

Clean room with all nessesary facilities

A great hotel very close to the congress center, central park and a 15 minute walk from city center. Free parking and great breakfast (not included).

Corridor noises could be heard in the room, the Wi-Fi was expensive (didn't use it), the double room had 2 separate beds.

Stayed in the Comfort Double Room and it was super clean and spacious! The garden view was a nice touch and provided a relaxing ambiance. Loved the comfortable high-quality mattress, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were so helpful, especially when we needed parking late at night. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to fuel our day. Only downside was the Wi-Fi that was a bit slow at times.

We were in Bochum for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was exceptionally clean with so excellent location away from the theatre. Great-sized and bright room with comfortable bed was enjoyable.

Staff provided excellent late-night parking assistance.

Chur, the location was perfect for the Starlight Express, but the bathroom could've used better fittings like a shower screen instead of a curtain. Otherwise, comfy room and friendly staff!

Nice to go see the Starlight Express show while you are there.
